IMO,
WPL are taking the risk.
That sale due process was undertaken according to Senegal Law.
The Value in SNE is 1 year before Production starts.
Plenty of time for WPL and a big money burn for Far.
Fars stake in SNE may be worth more from here,due to exploitation spend but added value won't be until near production.
lots of risk till then.
