Ah, you like the big 'woody' (as you like to call them). You also seem to go on about them recommending sanction. Might be difficult to do if the big woody gets sanctioned themselves (other definition of sanction - a threatened penalty for disobeying a law or rule.)

Haven't seen any indication it's not a 50/50 proposition apart from the shrill noises coming from the opposing camp. Then there is the shorter who is shorting at what appears historic lows, Plan B in the works perhaps? Happy to sit back and see what will happen with the arbitration. The games go on in the meantime.
