My understanding always was that Erin's equity would be available to the JV partners on payment of Erin's outstanding contributions to costs and licence renewal fees that they had not paid. That was circa US$5m. FAR indicated it would get all of Erin's equity if it paid this money but The Gambia has opted to share the equity and the payment between the JV partners. All fair enough IMHO.
