If A.R can only concentrate on providing spectacular Mets and drill results form Jupiter / brothers, everything else will fall in place and take care of itself. He does not need to elaborate on roads and amenities.
Basically, concentrates what’s important and don’t talk fluff. He looses investors by doing that.
He also, needs to update the markets consistently, whilst making Jupiter / brothers, shine. Make it like it’s the only project you got going (brothers / Jupiter).
