Like you I'm hoping a resolution is in sight but I don't believe a hostile T/O by Lcy is at all possible now with the Chinese and other Haw majors S/H holding a substantial percentage of the company!
Lcy must now make a substantial offer or be satisfied holding a 60% stake!
Haw mgt are not mugs at the caper!
