    Re "due diligence of CN and fellow directors"

    In most cases where people get "stitched up" that usually surface after the event and fortunately in a lot of cases they do get found out. Well in this case, COP and WPL (could be even CNE included) got found out. Hence the arbitration; and with a COS of 75% that's due diligence enough for me!!
