Dear STI,

I am writing in relation to a few concern that I and other share holders have with the 'Stirling Products' brand and product identity in the market place.

1. Will Stirling Products market/distribute products to Australian pharmacies sourced only from third party companies (i.e. Rose Hip Vital)
or products which carry the Stirling Products logo (i.e. products developed with Kidney health etc)?

2. Will information be made available as to which products are being marketed by Stirling Health as suggested on the website ("A list of pharmacies stocking Stirling Health products will be available as from early May 2010" source Stirling Products website)?

3. How is progress coming alone with 'Nature's Firewall' products that are expected to commence placement in the Canadian and US markets this month

Answer to my enquiry.

I provide the following from Stirling Products in response to your inquiry.

The Company aims to have Stirling Health branded products in the market place by the end of July. The Company's aim at this point is to develop its own Stirling Health branded products going forward, whilst maintaining its
current third party relationships with the likes of Rose Hip Vital and Aden + Anai. The intention is that once products are progressively launched over time, the Company will provide stockist information.

The Company intends to provide an update to the market in the next 7-10 days, which will include details on the above and Natures Firewall.
