Column 1 Column 2 0 DW why should an ex investor in 88E like me who made money from icewine1 buy back in? given the risk & recent downtrend Historically (and generally speaking for all shares) it is better to buy when the price is low and sell when it is high. Arguably that time is now and plenty of news coming into the end of the year prior to the ramp up in activity in the New Year. 1

someone queried remaining leases, many went to award status on 25/08, however due to hurricane Harvey documents delayed so Award status effectively 25/09 (seems Federal Express carry hard docs).
So 30 days + 3-5 dys.
