Seems like they didn't want to touch this very important and basic question.
The fact that we are seemingly paying the lions share of an extremely expensive TEF process - confirmed, without termination clauses the partners essentially have no skin in the game but time.
ppl ask are the partners as excited as ECT - of course they are they are paid consultants.
This is very very concerning. I hoped that the company would've stepped up and put this to bed once and for all. Missed opportunity. The Market will continue to have doubts IMO.
For the record I do not believe that we have a binding contract at this point in time.
If the company answered this question - I must've missed it. Happy for someone to correct me.
