Chris, I appreciate your wanting to know whether the contract is binding or not, this is not crucial for me. First, doing business in India is different than here, do we want to push clauses for breaking of a binding contract and what would we get? My understanding with doing business in India(or asia for that matter) is you build relationships, I am happy with what NLC, NMDC, Thermax have put out and that they are keen to do business with us. Now do we push them to sign a contract stipulating remuneration if the contract is broken?
In regards to paying for the techno, we also paid for the DFT for coldry, does this give us an advantage when licensing out our technologies? One disappointment is that we don't know what we are paying, we knew the details for DFT for coldry, why not the techno?
All of this is IMO, I have never done business in Asia but when we were dealing with Tincom that was a factor that let us done IMO(Kos era).
