Looks like no contractual movement for the eofy.

First hurdle to get over....or push to the side is the RnD from the AusIndustry/Govt to the ECT Indian Entity.
We dont know how that will go.

So lets focus on a Coldry-Matmor Pilot Plant.
NLC and NMDC want it.
Either with the juicy tax credits/rebate or without it.
Say the worst case scenario is the Pilot plant going ahead without the RnD rebate.

Then ECT,NLC and NMDC stump up the $15 + mill for the Coldry plant and say $5 to $15 +Mill for the Matmor plant.
So We have $20 to $30 million split 3 ways.
ECT needs to find $10 mill plus operating costs and over run costs..say $15 Mill.
A capital raising of $15 mill at 0.002 equals 750 million shares.
Would that take the shares on issue to 4 or 5 billion?
Will a consolidation be done pre or post raising?
Unless ECT take a loan for $15 million dollars?
Best case scenario is NLC and NMDC front the $30 million and She's all go!

A number of SH have Coldry pellets. Some of SH have seen the Matmor product and touched it.
ECT have great technology!

Im thinking it may be quiet for a month mayby two. Then hopefully the NLC/NMDC crew just decide to go for it with the TEF details.

Its been a looooong hard road for shareholders and ECT staff.
