I'll give you some factual hourly rates for Senior engineers be it structural civil or services, planners, Quantity surveyors, lawyers etc tomorrow when I get the chance at the office.
In the interim let's put it another way - the recent draw down of a loan wasn't because the process is cheap. Consultants can and do cost multiple 100,000's of dollars. This is why I was keen to find out who was paying. Guessing you know this though.
Nonetheless if it was a serious question I'll respond tomorrow for info.
