I hear what you are saying chris, something can always come from left field and then we have nothing to show from it. Reminds me a little of Monash. If there were to be some trouble with the contract and there would be a settlement how long would that drag out? Esi don't have a lot of time or resources to play with, would it make any difference. I'm happy that we have an agreement to proceed, too far along the road now to turn around and say they aren't happy, could have done that a while ago. I feel confident we will proceed to construction, the only concerns I have are the terms(commercial and funding) and how much longer this can still be dragged out ie holding options only.
