As novel as it sounds / is there is no market for this technology,
- Other performance parameters need to be dropped if you want retention over 1 Hour / 1 day ? How much do they drop etc.? - How do they know if they need to raise if they don't know they are going to do another PL ? - Nothing about cost per bit - Its clear they 'made a cell at 40nm' that didn't work - Its clear scaling is a big deal, exactly what I said and you clowns said 'geometry doesn't matter'
