Either way its not really selling the potential is it?
Retention is one of the key performance metrics for SCM. For me it's a red flag they either a.) Haven't tested it or b.) aren't shouting its performance characteristics from the roof top.
Instead they gloss over it or infer its not tested, doesn't instill a great level of confidence that the retention is exemplary.
Not having retention up in lights or being inadvertently obtuse isn't a good sign
