Impossible... the market doesn't exist yet so it's impossible to put a dollar figure on it. Any consultant is just making up crap. Purely for SCM:
i see 4DS latency was 27ms or something, but latency for DDR 2/3/4/5 8# define it in many different sectors. Which column is 4ds referring to? bit confusing...
i can't see any significant amount of people swapping from ddr5 to reram.
what I can see is a small proportion of SSDs being upgraded to reram, but only a small proportion as it's very hard to be cheaper than TLC/QLC.
ssd market size is $60 billion, you would be very very very lucky to get 1% of that, say $600 million gross sales, profit of 10% would say $60 million.... all very very loose numbers.
