Yes I understood what you were saying I just don’t think the trading halt notice suggests this in any way. Capital raise to fund working captial vs capital raise adding a new equity partner would bring significantly different valuations. The first negotiated from a place of weakness, the later a place of strength. If this were the case it would have been suggested so exiting share holders could breathe a little easier. Nonetheless, dreams are free Bayhunter! All in my uneducated opinion btw!
