    Im not sure if the PPL would ever be implemented.
    Pushed back a year already.
    Super cuts and school kids pay for some of it.
    the net benefit to lower incomes is questionable over a working career given the loss in other benefits.
    conflict with Brandis over "traditional" L/l liberal values as in a lecture given by Brandis
