public servants now earn much more average salaries than the private sector
they also have better conditions as well
not only that they work FBT benefits heavily as well
the net take home pay of public servants is way ahead now than the privates sector
not only that I believe there are 1 manager per 2-3 employees now as well, but dont quote me on that last one its something I think I read somewhere
