This post is geared towards shareholders and Con Note holders.
Note that in recent times I have been very critical of how the company has managed the WG venture and have expressed my views bluntly via private emails/phone calls. It was a great opportunity lost.
What I consider to be more positive responses to my complaints have now been received.
I was planning to share the feedback received but after some consideration will just wait for the company to complete its audit (due by month end), release its Annual Report ( December) and recapitalisation/relisting details.
Note that although missing from ASX Announcements action has indeed been taken to recover the WG refund.
In conclusion I have confidence that this new Board will clean up all ASX non compliance issues and establish a solid foundation for the future. Time will tell whether my views materialise.
