I read that and I must say I feel rather encouraged. Should Intec be in a postion to make an announcement to that effect in the near term we can expect a healthy increase in the SP ... which could make the SPP offer look very attractive.
I don't rule out more news from China in the near term, also with the potential to significantly boost the SP.
