Hi Rob,

Have been wondering why you have stepped down after sticking to it for so long during what must have been some challenging times. I have been a long time shareholder and felt more inclined to step down from being a holder during other times but not now so was curious about your move. Maybe it enables you to spend more time with your adorable little boy.

Thank you for your support. Yes, my resignation, is as you guessed it, is part of a long term plan to spend more time at home with my family. The timing was actually agreed with my family 12 months ago, so it is not a sudden decision.

Union now has a very active board, who you will find are well equipped to take the company and the project forward. Further, I will always make myself available to the board to provide whatever part time assistance they require from me, going forward.
