Agree.
Everybody seems to forget that PEP11 has already been approved to drill.
This NOPTA application is a variation to forgo the 3D seismic testing and go straight to drill.
Unfortunately this project is now a victim of political approval process.
Nonetheless this project is still solid and like it or not the East Coast needs it for the potential 5TCF of Gas and Carbon Capture Storage.
So in my honest opinon its not a matter of if it will be approved its a matter of when it will be approved.
