@Southy918 And to answer your question: "if they don't complete 1 of the exploration holes, does that mean they can't drill the others already approved in the work program? Is it sequential in nature for exploration holes?" Yes it is sequential, if you want to do the work program out of order, you need a variation, just like what PEP-11 was trying to do with doing the 3D-seismic before the drill to de-risk the drill.
