yeah but not exactly rocket science in his comment (a simpleton that can access NOPTA can make that assessment), in any event with the variation they would still have to drill at that date. It wasn't a suspension or extension to the work program. Hard to put any weight as both have multiple actions of the work program to complete, so the variation could affect any of them/ all of them. They could be varying the hole location into the marine park. Who knows.

Hard to put alot of weight to any conclusion except they still have 3 months to complete the programmed works. As they haven't sought to change the drill dates, it appears they intend on completing by that date. Again who knows.

You're making a conclusion they have no intention of drilling. Not sure that could be a reasonable assumption with the information in the market.

Then concluding this as bad news for PEP-11 or indications of so. Not sure that is reasonable either as we effectively have no information on the application, reasons for the variation or the intention to drill as none of it is publicly available.
