The difference with PEP-11, they actually drilled once. The above have been sitting on theirs a similar time with no drill at all. So in that effort, he has done more....
In an event, these exploration permits take time, seems pretty consistent across the board. And all have been consistently approved.
So i'm thinking you have a personal distaste for DB. Also its not his permit, its the companies permit and in effect the SH's.
In that effort, why not take it off every other suspension/...
