I think that west to east pipeline has been put to bed long time ago. Just talk.
West doesn't probably have enough cheap gas anyway. Only WA gets cheaper domestic gas.
If they can get more money from Asia why would they even spend 5B for pipeline and then sell it for cheaper to East coast, unless government puts in somkinda law or new rule that they must do it. Not gona happen.
