    I'm one of those investors, that didnt really have a side on the issue (weather to accept the offer or not),
    so I didnt do anything, seeing how the whole thing panned out, what happens to those who did nothing with the offer document from CEMEX.

    It looks like its taking a long time for anything to come through regardless of the decision made.
