Weren't we talking about the performance shares? This is exactly what you were trying to imply when you were talking about gravy trains and Dr Tillet's tenure at RAC. I didn't say anything about capital raises and funding, although you should also be well versed on that over at IMU.
Reading the negative comments about the performance shares on the IMU board would suggest that not only are the retail holders not happy about the issuing of the shares but they didn't even realise they existed. Good luck voting against them when retail holders are oblivious. Good thing is they will have another chance to vote for/against another pay rise and performance rights in the coming months.
