    Even if we need cash for phase 3 we still won't even have 500 mill shares on issue
    Do you remember how much you have in IMU close to 7.5 BILLION we at RAC only have 170 m currently but we will have closer to 200m once we buy the (well into the money options. )
    Wake up if phase 2 is successful and IF we are not take ove by then big IF and with such little shares on issue the SP should be well close to $20 trading
