Until the human trials using RC220 show the anticipated efficacy, I agree we won't know for 100% certainty.
But given the drug is the same, just the formulation different, it's not 'spin' that it works, rather it's 'probability'.
Those that have done their research on Bisantrene expect the probability that RC220 works to be far higher than the market currently ascribes.
And therein, lies the investment opportunity!
