The product may be very well ready to sell but there's a lot of work still that needs to be setup around this. He has mentioned these in detail. Probably best to give him some time before making judgement, he's only been in the job for 2 minutes and it seems like Clay royally stuffed it all up in his tenure. They need to roll back, reload and go again.


PS you can't really trial in any meaningful way if the product isn't ready to sell.
