i see similarities between this company's situation and a certain health sector software company's we are both in. different sector i know but both seem to have a good product/service for a market and have been hindered by some poor decisions and management. maybe they are in the eyes of a bigger player/s, who think they can do a better job? i still have a bit of digging around to do but i am interested in whether you concur with the opinion i am forming.
