Are you referring to ISF?? Cause i'd call that IT. Assuming you are referring to ISF then my reason for trading both is the same as IMHO they are in very similar situations. The main difference IMHO is NMS have a better trade out position, i.e they have fixed the debt issue!!!!! And the structural issues are more than half fixed. So for my money i don't want a t/o right now as the sp will rise with the internal momentum.
