Now Q were meant to start an 18 hole drilling program, this hole is no.19. As you can see all the other holes are evenly space. THIS ONE ISN'T.

So when was it really drilled. I believe from J Mansfields comments AGS believe it was actually drilled before the extension to the earn in peroid in late 2004. If so, Heathgate certainly knew about the high grade East deposit before the extension and didn't inform AGS.

Not only they didn't inform AGS, they also didn't inform PIRSA.

If this was drilled before Q/H submitted their 18 hole program to PIRSA they have also violated their exploration license. If AGS can prove this we should definitely get back 100% or our lease. No wonder AGS have already set up a deal with Itochu. Hate to say it, but I'm pumped!
