Completely agree with you. IMO this has been a long term game plan that has not been taken on lightly by AGS. I'm confident that AGS have the goods that can support their case. The lack of announcements for us retail punters is not derelict, but comes with the territory associated with legal procedures. I'm sure solicitors from both sides are all over the material that has been discovered on HC posts, and that this reflects the reason for the action, but don't believe this forum could ever affect the legal position. However I still believe forums affect the sp on a short term basis. We're getting close to closure on this one imo..fingers and toes crossed that all the deductive and investigative work by posters is a true reflection of the position we have, and we have a big win for all - short and longer holders as one!
