I still think there will be M&A activity this year - might be taking longer than they originally thought.
They can't hold on to that cash for any other reason IMO. And they certainly won't get to their production targets (given this qtr ann) unless they do.
I think the SP will suffer from this ann, but I am looking at the long run still - good prospects
