You may have thought that the comment, sometimes it’s better to keep it in your head/think it, was me having a laugh? You would be correct but it is also what you owe yourself.
It’s easy to forget that others here can have an unreasonable opinion in our eyes yet be as passionate, committed and un yielding as ourselves.
As frustrating as that makes you, me and the rest feel at times, we only hurt ourselves and friends and even worse!! We probably put a big grin on the poster that we have reacted to, when we take the instant gratification route
It’s very easy to say, I know and I’m still trying to work out how I can do it consistently too.
