"Just read the report ... one of the bits I did understand was "completed by 31 October 2004" in the sentence that reads: "The work will be completed by 31 October 2004 with the delivery of the final reservoir maps and oil in place estimates."
Does this mean we can expect some kind of report soon re oil in the Galoc field?"
