The easiest thing to do would be for Jinchuan to convert all the notes and to sell half to current shareholders @10c. That way they still hold their current % and the current shareholders show their support. Jinchuan would get back circa $16m.
The dirs can then concentrate on acquisitions and extensions. We could see a 3-5 bagger here 1n 12 months.
