The Z deal was about selling company to them for cheap and Chuckie getting some under the table payment... I can promise that!!
At least with RSG... Long term holders do have a chance... As the notes don't mature till 2016... So the share price will not be diluted till then...If I was a holder I know which horse I would have backed..
