I've raised the the subject of a class action on several occasions and have had minimal response.
Firstly IMO you would have to be able to prove actual loss. If you continue to hold, as we do, then losses have not yet been locked in. Chucks blatantly misleading announcements (IMO) are on the public record, exhibit A.
I'm waiting for big writedowns on asset values, and hopefully misappropriated funds, assets that don't exist etc. This may or may not happen. Waiting to see what skeletons are in the closet.
Then I'd be seeking advice from say IMF to see if they are interested in seeking damages on a % basis with no outlay or cost to shareholders.
