KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!

*During the quarter Vertigo secured the contract for the quality assurance work on the
Air Conditioned Dubai Bus Shelter project and is currently attending to the project.
*Vertigo has delivered the first of 60 notice boards to schools in the Shanghai
Province. The Notice Boards provide information to students and teachers at
primary, secondary and tertiary schools in Shanghai and include an LED for school
use.
*Vertigo completed the Sky Plaza project at the Hong Kong airport during the quarter,
with the installation of a series of backlit panels at the centre.
Other projects
*Completed or currently under way during the quarter include the Swiss Timing project
for the Beijing Olympics’ equestrian events in Hong Kong;
*Renovation of Sharp Neon
sign overlooking Hong Kong harbour; Coke project in Shenzhen;
*Providing Nike
signs in Beijing;
*Unipoles installation in the Indian Reservation Lands in the United
States of America;
*and the LED staircase at Louis Vuitton, Beijing.
*****In the USA the company is currently in
discussions with significant signage buyers with a view to supplying part of their
signage and street furniture needs.

*****Over the coming months Vertigo will continue to concentrate on the Greater China
market (PRC, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) and the US market as these provide
the most opportunity in the short term.
*Cash at bank within the group was $1.0m as at the 31 March 2007.
**The third quarter’s improved performance reflects finalisation of contracts procured
in the first half of the year.
