No idea of your nationality but only place I can get real time quotes is by login on to My MS or fidelity accounts. I seldom do this unless I am selling or buying. if not making a transaction who care if 20 minutes or even 2 hours old I only care about price and volume to recognize trends, that is fine even 6 hours old.
