The market isnt too concerned about the $10M funding. That's a given.
The question is how is ESI going to fund the construction of the Coldry plant which will cost about $30M. IMO I believe the Government will offer a grant, possibly $5M, a power station will probably fund about $10M, a corner stone investor about $10M and ESI about $5M.
Until this is sorted out, I dont think we will see much action on the share trading front, but when the deal is finally done, I expect a 30M+ volume trading day.
