    GCL shares are currently $11.20. Acceptance for takeover of sharess passed on Friday. The offer for GCL shares was $12.60. Noble/Osendo now hold 63% of GCL shares.

    My question is, what happens if people buy GCL shares now on market? Will Osendo compulsorily acquire them at $12.60?
