I thought the video was pretty insightful and positive, but I still think they could have provided more details around moving to the new data warehouse and the impact it had on digital banking transactions. It would have been nice if they had provided us with how many days the system was down for, how long they had to divert transactions to other banks and an estimate of how many transactions were diverted based on the daily average.
