Its nearly decision time for the SPP, closing 5pm Fri 18 Dec. Shares are going to be allotted 24 Dec and trading on ASX on 30 Dec. The question is whether to throw 15k in or some lesser amount or none at all?

AGM CEO Presentation 18/11/09, stated:

1st half of 2010 is crucial timeframe
• Determine the course forward for ATC, the pipeline, the
company.

It seems that the trading of new shares is timed to coincide with some fairly significant events in Q1 2010. We know that ATC Phase 111 results are due out, Tibotec formal agreement (maybe?), and ??.

Any views on what is likely to transpire in Q1 that will propel the sp upwards?
