Announced budget for the LC plant is 160m (down from 190m earlier due to no investment in a purification circuit)
Contribution to Olaroz phase 2 would be 75% assuming the same arrangement in respect of JEMSE's interest as was agreed for phase 1.
LiOH plant ownership has not been not announced but I assume it to be owned by SDJ PTE i.e. 75% outright to ORE, but with a significant funding contribution from the Japanese government.
Nett outcome of all above is a 39.3m contribution to the Olaroz expansion and 4.0m USD contribution to the LiOH plant (their figures, not mine)
Importantly, SDJ's debt is 155.2m USD (ignoring intercompany loans and SBLCs which is essentially money owed by SDJ to ORE and TTC).
Don't forget VAT balance of 35.5m USD (at Dec31) being recovered to SDJ by 30 June 2018.
