Thx for that. I too have had a look at the stages but I read it slightly differently. I think that granting consent comes BEFORE FID, and then Development and Production consent (a secondary form of consent) comes 1 month AFTER FID.
From what I’ve read, the 1st granting of consent is in the form of “no further technical questions or objections” ie a letter of “no objection”, whereas in the secondary consent is the actual consent to develop.
It would be unreasonable for the OGA to make a developer go to FID before they had at least received a letter of no objection.
